The LoadForce T35-SS Stainless Steel Hydraulic Brake Caliper (P/N UFPSS) is a premium replacement for the popular UFP DB-35 hydraulic trailer brake caliper found on many imported American boat trailers, caravans and heavy-duty trailers. Manufactured with a full stainless steel caliper body and a billet marine-grade stainless steel piston, the T35-SS is designed to provide exceptional corrosion resistance, reliable braking performance and long service life in harsh Australian conditions.
Unlike earlier DB-35 calipers that commonly used cast or anodised aluminium pistons, the LoadForce T35-SS features a billet stainless steel piston that helps minimise corrosion, reduce the risk of piston seizure and improve long-term braking reliability. It is an excellent upgrade for trailers regularly exposed to saltwater or coastal environments.
The T35-SS suits 19 mm to 24 mm ventilated brake rotors and is compatible with both hydraulic override couplings and Electric Over Hydraulic (EOH) brake actuators, including the AL-KO iQ7, Hydrastar and Dexter actuator ranges. The bleed screw and brake line union can be swapped, allowing the caliper to be installed on either the left or right-hand side of the trailer.
