The AL-KO 10" Off-Road Electric Brake Backing Plate is a genuine AL-KO complete off-road brake assembly designed for 1600kg trailer axles fitted with 10" × 2¼" electric drum brakes.

Available in both Left-Hand (P/N 331151HJT) and Right-Hand (P/N 331150HJT) configurations, each backing plate is supplied fully assembled with brake shoes, adjuster, springs, mounting studs and a genuine AL-KO plastic-core off-road electric brake magnet, making installation fast and straightforward.

Unlike the standard backing plate, this off-road version is fitted with AL-KO's heavy-duty plastic-core brake magnet, specifically engineered to provide improved durability and reliable braking performance in harsh off-road conditions, including corrugated roads, dust, mud and water crossings.

This backing plate is designed to suit AL-KO 10" hub drums fitted with either parallel bearings or Ford Slimline bearings.

Please note: Backing plates are sold individually. For a complete axle, you will require one left-hand and one right-hand backing plate.
