The DeeMaxx 12″ Bolt-On Caliper Mount (P/N DBB‑6K‑MAXX) is engineered for use with DeeMaxx or Kodiak 12″ slip-over or integral disc rotors on 3,500–6,000 lb trailer axles. It mounts to the standard 5-hole brake flange, allowing bolt-on installation of brake calipers.
